Legal / Cookie Policy
Your device.
Your choice.
Version 2026-08-14.1 / effective 14 August 2026
This policy explains cookies and similar device storage used by intimatesatlas.com. Necessary technologies operate for security and services you request. Preferences and analytics are off by default and operate only after an affirmative choice. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent catalogue access after human verification and Terms acceptance.
How choices work
The superheader offers equally available essential-only and optional choices, plus category-level controls. You can reopen Privacy choices from the site footer at any time. Withdrawing optional consent stops future optional storage and removes the site's optional local-storage entries from that browser. It does not invalidate processing already lawfully completed.
We treat browser Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out. The service does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use targeted advertising. When GPC is detected, optional analytics remains off.

No forced optional consent
Necessary technologies support transmission, fraud prevention, human verification, the consent record, account authentication, payments, and actions you request. Optional categories are not a condition of catalogue use. Terms acceptance is a separate contractual step and is not consent to optional analytics or preference storage.
Browser controls and questions
You may also block or delete storage through browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent security verification, sign-in, or protected interactions. For a copy of this policy in another accessible format or questions about device storage, contact privacy@intimatesatlas.com.
